Bathrooms stay bright and fresh with disinfected toilets, cleaned sinks and counters, wiped mirrors, and a tidy touch on tubs and showers.
Living areas and bedrooms are reset with light dusting + a sanitizing wipe down on furniture, shelves, and window sills, trash emptied, and floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped.

Nope! Most of our clients aren't. You can give us a garage code, keypad entry, or leave a key in a secure spot—we’ll treat your home with care whether you’re there or not.

We offer flat-rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and service type (standard, deep, move-out). No hidden fees, no changes at the end—just transparent, honest pricing. If the home’s condition is materially different from what was described at booking, we’ll contact you before proceeding so you can approve any scope or price change.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something within the booked cleaning scope was missed, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll coordinate a touch-up at no additional charge. Our cleaning professionals also perform a walkthrough before and after the cleaning to help ensure nothing is missed.
