Difference between A Standard Clean & A Deep Clean
Main difference is that the 3 things that take the most time and labor
Deep cleaning inside all the appliances (except the fridge) The fridge is an add-on
The blinds and/or shutters (Don’t take a duster, it is hand wash and wiped)
The baseboards (Hand wash and scrub them, not dust them)
The deep clean is a much more overall and thorough dusting of everything, including light fixtures and fans.
Difference between A Deep Clean & A Move-In/Out Clean
The difference is that we go an extra layer deeper:
Deep clean inside all the drawers and cabinets
Deep clean inside all the appliances including the fridge
The mission of the move-in/move-out deep clean is to eliminate any signs or traces of the people that lived in the home before you; so that you don’t even find a piece of hair in the medicine cabinet.

Do I Need To Be Home During The cleaning?
Nope! Most of our clients aren't. You can give us a garage code, keypad entry, or leave a key in a secure spot—we’ll treat your home with care whether you’re there or not.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Absolutely. Every cleaning professional scheduled for service is verified and screened, and appropriate insurance coverage is in place for scheduled visits.
What’s included in a standard house cleaning?
Our standard clean covers all high-traffic areas: kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, dusting, trash removal, and more.
How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A deep clean goes further: we scrub baseboards, dust ceiling fans, clean inside appliances, and tackle buildup in hard-to-reach places—perfect for spring cleaning, post-renovation, or just a fresh start.
How do you price your cleaning services?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and service type (standard, deep, move-out). No hidden fees, no changes at the end—just transparent, honest pricing. If the home’s condition is materially different from what was described at booking, we’ll contact you before proceeding so you can approve any scope or price change.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something within the booked cleaning scope was missed, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll coordinate a touch-up at no additional charge. Our cleaning professionals also perform a walkthrough before and after the cleaning to help ensure nothing is missed.
